In the past recent years we rarely had to resolve warranty issues. However, we have all the parts in stock in case something might have gone wrong in production. We offer a standard warranty of 2 years.
When something goes wrong in the usage of your folding tent and your tent is damaged, we can help with the repair very fast. All parts are in stock and because everything is bolted together, we can minimize cost limit. Largest cause of repairs is not properly protecting your tent from winds. A golden hint: make sure your tent is well anchored.
